Seriously considering bankruptcy. I have 2 credit card debt and loan. Two properties (one in negative equity). The loan and negative equity is jointly owned, although I have paid for them both, although now unemployed and cannot afford payments. Going through final divorce decree. Living abroad. How much will it cost (all costs) to go bankrupt, what are the real chances of success and future debt free, stress less life. If too costly (not working at present can relative represent me in filing for bankruptcy and OR interview ?

The main question is where are you living and how long have you lived outside the UK
