Hi everybody, Think Im making progress with my problems, so many thanks for you help so far. We have contacted our IVA company and our IVA will fail within the next few months. After this we will go Bankrupt, we currently have some payday loans and wondered if anyone has any experience of what happens once you stop paying these. We are protected by our IVA on other debts and once this fails we will go straight into bankruptcy. Im tempted to try and pay some to the payday loan companies to keep them at bay until we hand our keys in and comlete the br but need the money to pay for our bankruptcy. could do with knowing if the payday loans will come after us, how severely and any timescales Many thanks for your patience,comments and help Eva
Once you stop paying the loans then the companies will hound you. No idea when they will start or what they will do.
If you will have enough to pay for the BR when the IVA fails then don't worry about it. What you could do is go online and delete any phone numbers if you have an online account with them.
