Hi and welcome.

Do you have any other debts other than council tax?

Follow through
Make your dreams come true
Don't give up the fight
You will be alright
'Cause there's no one like you in the universe

Hi Anne.98

You can make yourself bankrupt again six years after the first bankruptcy. However I would try and avoid this course of action as it will be construed that you did not learn from you first bankruptcy and the OR will be less inclined to be lenient with you. You could also look at being bankrupt for three years or at least get a BRO.

Hope this helps.
