hi i have just had my house repossesed. i am just about to file for bankruptcy can the house be included in the bankruptcy, will i have to wait until the bank sell the house to get a figure? or is it ok for me to proceed now, someone please help me understand

Yes, the shortfall from your house sale will be included and I believe you can go ahead with it now.
