Hi there not long now till automatic discharge 25 days left, Iv got a few questions, Iv still got the nil tax code money in my bank and waiting for someone to collect it ie (moon law). Iv not been put into a ipa What happens now do i just wait for automatic discharge or will there be a problem with it ??????? confused
Have a word with Moon Beaver about the tax - I'm sure they will want this paying across as soon as possible.
If you've not got an IPA and don't have one in place before automatic discharge then I believe that is it. You won't be expected to pay anything other than the tax.

if you have not had an IPA set up then it is the OR you need to speak to with regard to the tax money, i presume that you are back on a normal tax code now
moonbeever are only contracted when there is an IPA in place, if no IPA has been set up then they wont know who you are, as the OR has to pass your details to them, so contact the OR first (moonbeever may end up doing the actual collection in the end once the OR has done their bit)
