received another letter from the court this morning, turns out the OR did not attend court for the second time regarding a final charging order on our property.
This letter states that the order is adjourned with a liberty to restore, if no application is made by 24 nov then the interim order is to be discharged and the application dismissed.
Does this mean that if the OR does not apply by 24 Nov then the BI in our property (3K each) reverts back to us??
