Was it done via a consent order signed off by a judge, how long a go did you sign it over & were you insolvent at the time? Also, did you receive money for signing it over.

Hi,
unless the property being signed over was an order of the court, a trustee could seek to get it overturned as a transaction at an undervalue, even though you were solvent at the time.

Have you got a consent order that has been stamped by the court? That will have slightly more weight as will the fact that you were solvent. A lot will depend on the amount of equity & whether it is worth the trustees worthwhile to pursue it through the court.

Who are your creditors?

Follow through
Make your dreams come true
Don't give up the fight
You will be alright
'Cause there's no one like you in the universe

Bankruptcy should be your last resort so if you can offer what money you can affordto your creditors & they accept it then fine.
