hi could anyone enlighten me on how the OR would access hubbys wages as he will earn different amounts alot of weeks but he obviously has a basic amount which he earns other weeks ?

we live on a week to week basis i suppose as pay is weekly with direct debits coming out at various times of the month so some weeks better then others?

yes i understand that they will access both incomes but the question was how they would access a fluctuating wage

No idea about that.

The OR is the one to assist with this and each office seems to work to it's own criteria.

They will take an average of his earnings so don't worry, they won't calculate he's earning more that he is.
