Will a BR order cover a creditor who you owe some small money to but from whom you have not heard for a long time and therefore forgoten all about.

Hi Modensane,

Your BR will cover all unsecured debts as at the date of your BR. If a creditor crawls out of the woodwork that you've forgotten about, just inform the OR and they'll deal with them.
