Hi there, my husband has just paid £4,500 to the OR for my beneficial interest on our property. The OR are asking who we wish the beneficial interest to be re-assigned back to - me or him? Is there any benefit or added financial protection in getting it re-assigned to him and not back to me? My parents lent him the money to pay it, so in reality they have paid for it on my behalf.
