can you please advise what are to non-dischargeable debts

they are debts that dont debts written off by the bankruptcy where the creditor can still chase you for them after you have been discharged

Hi Mehrin

The main non dischargeable debts that crop up in a bankruptcy scenario are monies owed on a student loan, court fines and money owed to the Child Support Agency.

although the ones you have mentioned john are actually non provable rather than non dischargeable which is a subtle but sometimes important difference
