Hi,Iv already posted on here asking for help on sending my bankruptcy discharge letters to the 3 credit ref agencys so they can up date my credit files but iv got some more questions to ask if you help me plz,Is their a template letter or a copy of a letter that i can copy so i can send it with my discharge letters to the 3 credit ref agencys as i do not know what to write,i dont want to have to write to every one of my old creditors as their are about 33 of them and as the debts have been sold on i wud'nt have a clue who to write to or where to start,any help will be appreciated

Hi Jilly51,

The creidt ref agencies will probably want a certificate of discharge from the court rather than a letter. Just pop along to the court and they'll be able to arrange this for you (cost of about £60).

As far as your letter is concerned, just keep it short and sweet (the certificate of discharge will be self-explanatory).
