If the equity in my solely owened home is 30k and i have declared myself Bankruptfor 50K what is the best outcome i can expect and is it worth trying to do an equity buy out and when if appropriete?

Have you actually been declared bankrupt or are you just considering it?

I suggest you speak to an expert as there may be other options for you.
