I am living in Australia,I am unemployed with no means to pay court fee. How can I go bankrupt in UK? I have unpaid debts
unpaid in UK.

HI Lyn

how long ago did you leave this country ?

If less than 3 yrs you can apply for lasting power of attorney (ie someone to do it for you) but this will cost money on top of the bankruptcy fee.
