Recently I got divorced and I transferred the house we owed me and my ex wife to her as settlement of the marriage as I got the business and she got the house.as I filling bankruptcy will my children house be protected.

Hi and welcome.

It will depend upon how this transfer was done. If it was below market value then you may well have the transaction overturned by the OR.

Hopefully one of the experts can help with this.
