i have a court hearing for bankruptcy brought about by a creditor. how can i avoid being made bankruptc

Hi Dave,

You would need to pay the debt off or come to an arrangement with the creditor.

Dave if you are unable to pay the amount or come to an arrangement then speak to viki or one of our other experts before court
