Hello all, I filed for Bankruptcy last mon and have had my interview and since then have written to all creditors but have just received an urgent email from HSL collections asking me to contact them, In short what should I do ignore or contact them?? even now it is still stressing me out I thought they would all go away.
Hi , i am far from an expert in these things but as far as i am aware part of the official receivers responsibilities is too write to all of your creditors. At this point you dont need to contact any of them, once you bankruptcy is finalised they are then breaking the law if they hassle you. just give them the bankruptcy number and the official receivers address and that should be enough. please dont panic you are not on your own.
