hello and sorry to be a nuisance, my question is: can i go to the court to collect all the form i need, and information about time and fees? or i have to telephone?

Hi m2000, you can collect or phone from most courts , but its much easier to do it online , you can do one thing at a time , its a lot less daunting. click on this link and follow the instructions

Hi m2000 - I think it might be best to phone - they will pop the forms in the post. They seem to be really busy in the courts.
Or, you could get the forms online and download them or complete them online through the Insolvency Service website. The court's info is on HM Court service website too.

just to add,
you will need top phone to make an appointment when your ready, it can take a couple of weeks.
