I am thinking of declaring bankruptcy I have debts from before my partner and have no income these debts are having a adverse effect on my five children as i can not afford to pay them. my partner receives all child tax creds and child benefit and has a house in his name only if i do declare bankruptcy will these things be affected??? thanks tasha
