HI - I own a property in spain and am about to be repossessed. Are the Spainish banks entitled to place embargos on any of my UK assets?

HI Mark yes they can do

The process however is long winded and can take 3 - 5 yrs.

it is not an embargo they will look to make charging orders on the property or even petition for your bankruptcy.

UCI or Bancaja ?
