i had to declare myself bankrupt in 2002 which has since been discharged etc, however i am contemplating it again as i am currently divorcing my husband and i have had to take out payday loans and credit cards and am behind with every utility bill and have people chasing me for money all over the place which i just cant afford to pay as i have 2 children to bring up as well. how will it effect me if i go bankrupt again. i also have a car worth about 2k in my name which my father is paying for so that i can get my kids around and also get to work. please help. thanks
