Hi there
I have just received a letter from the Insolvency Service saying that Mazars LLP have been appointed Trustees of my bankruptcy estate. I have no assets other than some Green Belt land of limited value, and my home is in negative equity. Why have they been appointed and should I contact them to get back the BI in my house? Also can someone from my family bid for the land - that was bought with money my father left me so has emotional rather than financial value? Or should I just wait for them to contact me? I was declard BR in August this year.

The trustees have been appointed to cover all of the questions you have raised

if appropriate they will sell the land, yes it may be appropriate for family member to purchase

Good Luck Richard,
