Declaring bankruptcy from the middle east ?

As a person who has given up residency and now resides in the middle east, can that person still declare bankruptcy.

Hi Linda,

You can declare bankruptcy here if you haven't been away for more than 3 years.

I suggest you speak to an expert and chat everything through.
