I have a bnk overdraft of 1000
credit card debts of 14000
tax debt of 600
and an income from a pension of 298/month
Do I comly for bankrupcy?

Possibly, but you really need to speak to someone to chat through your situation and see whether it's the best option for you.

Make an appointment at the CAB or speak to an expert on here.
