Hi, Because you no longer own the funds in those accounts (if any) and this is to stop access to them, however if you call the OR office they will allow you access to reasonable living expenses, I presume you do have funds in there, and the use of one of the acounts subject of course to the banks approval.
i just filed bankruptcy and now there is a hold on bank accounts
