i opened the coop cash minder account transferred all the DD and the benefit will be now payed in this account, now this is the question:on the br form i will have to put i have this account? at the moment i put the old account only,

Hi m2000 - you may as well put it on the form and have a word with the co-op too.
They are one of the rare BR friendly banks so keep them happy and informed in the run up to your BR as ultimately it's the banks decision to freeze accounts (even if just temporarily whilst they hear from the OR).
At my OR interview they wanted to know I had access to money and to prevent any problems with bill payments so I think you'll find your OR will contact the co-op quickly to prevent any delays.
