Hello there and welcom eto the forum.
Apologies, but not too sure about your post -
Question 1 ?
Question 2 - If you have been made bankrupt, why do you ask can i apply to declare myself bankrupt, if you have been made bankrupt by the court, you ARE already bankrupt?
