i am unemployed and living at home with my parents, i also have a wife and a newborn baby at home i have no assets or anything that belongs to me. i am being taken to county court by 2 people and i am being sued for over 20 THOUSAND POUND. I CANT AFORD A COUNTY COURT SOLICITOR and therefore havent attended any court sessions also i cant travel that far. i am being sued for a car accident but i wasnt the driver my relative was driving and him and his girlfriend are the people suing me should i declare my self bankrupt as this is causing me alot of stress and ther is no way i can afford any payments.
I declare myself bankrupt ?
