i live in my own house and on my mortgage my ex girlfreind is on, the morgage has been paid by me since i got the house and now she wants her name of mortgage but when i went to building society they said that on my wages i cannot afford to pay but i have always paid on my own but she now insists she needs her name of so i need to no if i declare myself bankcrupt does she also have to
