I work full time and do not appear to be getting into further debt but not managing to pay off any debt and my house is in negative equity of approx 30k due to loan on the house, The house is falling apart and i cannot afford to fix anything, Is this grounds for Bankruptcy?

Hi Louise,

Do you want to leave the house?

You need to be insolvent to declare bankruptcy so have a chat with an expert and see what options are available. Bankruptcy may be just one of them.
