She has been sent a letter advising she needs to pay 130 each month for 3 years for her bankruptcy and wants to know if this is right.

You have been given an Income Payment Agreement which will continue for three years unless your circumstances change.

Hi,

She will need to make sure she agrees with the figure before signing the agreement.

As Jan says, it's an income payment agreement for 3 years.
