I have not lived in the UK for almost 1.5 years. I have been told that I have outstanding debts and collectors letters are going to a former friends home even though I have never ever lived there. I would like to enquire about declaring bankruptcy to put an end to this especially as I no longer live in the UK and do not intend returning.
