My husband went bankrupt at the end of last year....the trustee has sent me a letter saying there is a value of 100k on my home, this ex council house is only worth 70k tops. it is a council scheme surrounded by private builds therefore postcodes are giving a false indication of price. Any suggestions as to what I can do?? Thanks in advance
