|
phoned the finance company, there collecting the car tommorow afternoon so im going to strip it tonight.
once done, i need to get a cheaper car with the help of my dad then file for bankruptcy when ive saved enough pennies.
its starting to kick in now, sure some tears are going to be shed tomorrow when i see my car go :(
i havent told the finance company im thinking of going bankrupt, just going to wait for how much i have to pay after its been auctioned off then add that to the BR, that ok ?

Hi Paddy,
Just ensure you list the finance company on the usecured section on your SOA with "?" by the amount and "shortfall following repossession" in the reason for debt.

Well Went for the interview, went really well he said there i should get a 2nd interview with the finance controller, so sounds promising, its a 7k payrise :) ill have to borrow a car or rent one for the day though to get there, its 25miles and away from public transport.
well the car went at lunch time, guy was ok with it and got a reciept etc. had a bit of a cry though when they left was a sad moment but got to get on with i suppose.

thanks youve all been a great help so far, im slowly getting there just saving the money for BR now.
dont know what i would of done if i didnt visit this website, youve all eased my mind over so many questions and doubts ive had. |
