i have a friend who i lent 1500 to so i had him put his motorcycle in my name can i sign it back to him because he let me live in his house for free so that was pay back the bike is worth 6000 without getting in trouble?
It's quite difficult to prove as you gave your friend money and he gave you the motorbike, so really, he sold it to you? Or that is how the OR may view it.
Do you drive this motorbike, are you insured on it? Is your friend still insured on it? Does he drive it?
Can I sign back my motorcycle to my friend ?
