going bankrupt next week, can we use funds left to us by our son for the fees as this is the only money we have to cover this. secondly we have a nationwide cash card with no overdraft which we took out after going into an iva which has now closed. thirdly on the forms being a housewife but named on joint bank cards i have no income so do i put nothing down as income and as the bills come out of joint account do i show rent utillity on my forms or leave that just on my husbands forms.

Yes, take your fees out of that money.

What is the question regarding the nationwide?

Put all the household expenditure on both forms.
