Hello, please can you help me. I had a severe nervous breakdown following a traumatic event and my finances were out of control during this period. I have no assets and no home, currently staying with a friend outside of the uk who is looking after me. am domiciled uk with a uk passport. Am I able to apply for bankruptcy?
