Well ive just had a call from the official reciever, only 4 hours after being made bankrupt, so pretty quick i guess. She had a lovely soothing voice, it was the kind of voice that laid me bare, i think i would just about tell her anything. She just needed a few details for now, and im going to have my main telephone interview on July the 3rd, so again thats seems reasonably quick compared to how long some have to wait. I told her that i was keen for my co-op cashminder not to be frozen, she said she would write to the bank and assure them that she had no interest in the account, she also advised me to phone the bank straight away and explain the situation to them. So ive just finished talking to them and the guy said as long as they get the letter in the next week or so from the O/R then the account wont be frozen and i should just carry on using the account as normal. So that is a big relief, that was 1 of my main worries, having the account frozen, no where to have wages payed and pay bills etc, so thats good. Once you talk to these people you soon realise that to them its just all standard procedure, things theyve done a million times, they know the things your going to ask about b4 you ask them, i think personal bankruptcies are so common these days that the process has been completely diluted just to make it as easy as possible for probably very busy O/R,s. Ive got no assets, so she probably just wants to turn me around as quickly as she can and move on to more lucrative work....To be perfectly honest she had such a fantastic voice that i'm almost looking forward to my telephone interview with her, im just scared what she might prise out of me with her deeply seductive telephone manner. So all in all todays gone well so far, an easier than simple trip to court without even having to see a judge, and now it seems my co-op account wont be frozen and my o/r is miss seductive telephone voice 2008. As we all know in life something terrible has got to go wrong sooner or later, im refusing to believe its all going to go this smoothly.

In my experience every cloud is multilayered and has equal silver and dark linings, generally those linings are so intermingled its hard to tell the good from the bad.
