Hi Do you already have a CCJ, Order or Award? If you do and it's for £600 or over including court costs, you can apply for a writ which can then be enforced by High Court Enforcement Officers. The writ costs £60, which you pay to the court.

Mr.P - Bear in mind that if the HCEO's fail to collect on your behalf, you are liable to pay them. I think Marstons charge about £60 per failed address. I don't think this is the case with County Court Bailiffs.
