Shortfall of approximately £170,000
A flood destroyed the interior of my property and the insurance company were very slow to respond and the mortgage company repossessed the property in 2009. The property was at auction in January 2012 and there appears to be a shortfall of approximately £170,000. I have had some missed calls from a company regarding this and would like some advice on how to proceed.
