I need help to download and answer the two documents:
Bankruptcy Petition (doc 6.27)
Statement of Affairs (doc 6.28)
Also I dont know everyone I owe money to, it has become confusing is there a central place for you to track?

Hi Michelle,

You can download the forms from the insolvency service website.

Yes, you can log onto experian, equifax and callcredit, they will have a lot of the information.

Hi Michelle,

If you go to Experian or Equifax, don't get lured into their premium services (unless you want them of course). Look for the magic words 'statutory credit report'. One of these will cost £2 and it should tell you all you need to know. You can do it all online, but getting them to send a paper copy gives you a written record. It's a good idea to go with at least Experian and Equifax if not Callcredit as well. Grand total of £6.
