Is there a minimum size debt before I can take it to the high court enforcement section, also how much would it cost and how long would it take.

Hi Mrs.LI
The minimum you can "transfer up" to the High Court is just Ł600.00 including court costs. The cost of getting a writ is Ł60. Please check out our website *link removed* or call us *number removed* for further information.
