my house was repossessed and sold for 200k less than my mortgage, i have no assets and am on working tax credits, will the mortgage company make me bankrupt, or should i apply myself?

They may make you bankrupt, but if it's recently happened, it's unlikely they would do it immediately.

I suggest you speak to an expert on here to chat through everything.
