Questions about what a bailiff can do

Can a bailiff clamp a company car ?
What are the operational hours are as they visited at around 5 am.
Can bailiffs ask my wife to leave the property to visit a cash machine at 5am whilst followed by themselves.
Please advise.

I doubt that they can do that.
