Hello and welcome to the forum

An Administration Order is a single county court order that covers credit debts and certain other debts which are all treated together. It allows you to make a single payment every month into the court. The court staff will then divide the money amongst your creditors on a pro-rata basis. An Administration Order stops creditors from taking further action against you.

If you have a date to take the application form to the court? Have you changed your bank account?

Hi Anthony

It very much depends under what arrangement you are currently paying creditors.

If the arrangement is keeping your creditors happy, it might be sensible to continue it until at least the Order is in place and it overrides any current agreement.

Creditors can object to the Order on a number of grounds and even ask to be left out entirely, so it's a good idea to keep a close eye on what happens following your application.

Regards
