Hello
A relative was declared bankrupt last year but now is in a position to buy a house cash. Can the courts make him sell the house after such a short period of time?

Hi and welcome.

If he was declared bankrupt last year, where has this money come from? Did he have an IPA? Has he been discharged from BR?
