This particular bailiff hasn't been before, but my daughter answered the door. I have a debt of £1590, which include fines of a few things. Two of the fines are for not having tv licenses (this is all dating back to 2008).
I called the bailiff this morning, and he said the fines were 'criminal' so therefore he can come back with the police and a locksmith and gain entry.
I've spent all day desperately trying to raise the money!
Where can I find advice about a bailiff demanding money ?
