Where can I get a list of the documents I need to declare bankruptcy ?
I am looking to do this myself rather than through a company.

The forms are on the insolvency service website for you to download, 6.27 and 6.28.

I rang my local court and I got them via 2nd class post took about 3 days.

your lucky then PC coventry, last year the MOJ instructed the courts not to send the forms to people as a cost cutting measure, and to point them towards the Insolvency Service website
