Hi as tommorow draws nearer i feel so under prpared for our 9am BR meeting tomorrow, we have both printed 3 copies of our forms out (35 pages for each form!!) but so worried what if we have missed a bit? we completed them online but i think some bits read funny ....
for example;
on the debtors petition first page at the bottom it says
1. (f) [My centre of main interests has been][I have had an establishment] at Colchester Essex
Is this normal?, why hasnt either of the statements been deleted? Just so worried weve build our self up for this hearing tomorrow , if we were to ge turned away because our forms were wrong , we would both be devestated.
Also both our debts have been run up together but some our in indivudual names but were used to collate the others debts, we dont know excatly what ALL the loans were for etc will the OR accept this or does he/she need to know eactly what was spend on what?
We are both so angry we got ourselves in such a mess..
I think it is normal to think like this, i know i am. My forms are exactly the same as yours and some sections do look a little weird but i am sure you will be okay. I haven't a clue what most of my debt was spent on but i am sure your OR will have seen worse debt and worse amnesia so try not to worry. Look on it as the first day of the rest of your life, that's how i am seeing it and to be honest i am feeling positive about it all.
