I am in a voluntary bankrupcy and have my property on the market.
Can my existing mortgage be transferred to buyer of my property ?

not normally, the new buyer would take out their own mortgage, the proceeds of the sale would pay your mortgage, i presume you have told the OR that you have the property on the market
